Merson Law Associate: Jaclyn Ponish

Jaclyn Ponish is an associate at Merson Law, PLLC. Ms. Ponish is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Districts of New Jersey, Colorado, and the Western District of Michigan. She is also licensed in the Court of Appeals in the District of Columbia.

Ms. Ponish earned her B.A. in Visual Arts from Brown University in 2013 and she earned her J.D. in 2017 from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.

Ms. Ponish shares the firm’s interest and commitment in representing clients who are severely injured, with a special interest in medical negligence and mass tort litigation cases, and feels incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to represent and help these clients.
