Brittney Schoenbeck graduated from Thomas R. Kline school of law at Drexel university in 2017. While in law school she was the recipient of CALI awards Criminal Law and Experiential Learning. During law school, Ms. Schoenbeck was an intern at Merson Law beginning in 2016 and she received an award from her law school for having the best internship experiences. Ms. Schoenbeck also was awarded best oral argument in her law school class.
Ms. Schoenbeck shares the firm’s interest and commitment in representing clients who are catastrophically injured, with a special interest in addressing wrongs committed against women and children. As an intern, she worked closely with founding partner Jordan Merson on a variety of cases, including cases involving medical negligence, as well as sexual abuse.
Ms. Schoenbeck has a strong background in developmental issues relating to children, holding a master of education in early childhood education from Drexel university, having obtained the degree in 2013. Her student teaching during the program included both experiences in private and public schools.
Ms. Schoenbeck is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University in 2009. She has a bachelor’s degree in history with a specialization in Eastern European history.
Among her many activities has her pro bono work, especially on behalf of many survivors of domestic violences. Most noteworthy was her work at Family court of common pleas in Philadelphia.
