In 5/15 a 15-year-old girl reported to the police that Mulokozi gave her a “dirty hug” after a counseling session at Sacred Heart. Detectives requested he be charged with third-degree assault; prosecutors chose not to pursue. Review board found Mulokozi guilty of boundary violations. Sent to Liberty, then to a Houston treatment center for evaluation. Expelled from the diocese. Returned by his Order to ministry in Tanzania.
