1.3 How Merson Law PLLC Uses Cookies:

We use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies from third-party partners such as Google and Facebook for measurement services, better targeting ads, and for marketing purposes. This takes place from the Site and when you download or install a Merson Law PLLC App. These cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies allow us to display Merson Law PLLC promotional material to you on other sites you visit across the Internet. Merson Law PLLC may also share information about your behavior on the Site with third parties (including operators of third-party websites and/or social networking sites) in order to show you targeted advertisements and other content that has been customized for you.

1.4 What personal data we collect and why we collect it:

We may collect personal electronic data to better manage our customer relationships, to better serve you, including targeted marketing and developing products and services according to our customers’ preferences. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

1.6 Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

1.7 Contact forms:

When visitors insert data into our contact forms on the site, we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

1.8 Cookies:

2. How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
