Jordan Merson and Merson Law Lead the Fight for Justice Against the Alexander Brothers
Merson Law, one of the nation’s leading law firms specializing in sexual assault and sex trafficking cases, is at the forefront of a high-profile lawsuit against the Alexander brothers—Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander. Representing five courageous plaintiffs, renowned attorney Jordan Merson has taken legal action against not just the brothers but also their parents, Shlomo and Orly Alexander, and their former employers, Kent Security Services and Douglas Elliman Realty LLC.
The lawsuit, filed in the Supreme Court of New York under the New York Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, alleges that the Alexander brothers engaged in a years-long pattern of drugging, sexually assaulting, and trafficking women in locations spanning New York City, the Hamptons, Miami, and Martha’s Vineyard.

The Lawsuit: Holding All Parties Accountable
This latest legal action is significant because it is the first time that the Alexander parents, as well as their sons’ former employers, have been named as defendants in a case against the notorious real estate moguls. According to the lawsuit, Shlomo and Orly Alexander knowingly provided their sons with money, property, and other resources that were used to facilitate the abuse of women. Meanwhile, Douglas Elliman Realty and Kent Security Services allegedly turned a blind eye to their employees’ conduct, failing to prevent the foreseeable harm inflicted upon victims.
The lawsuit accuses these entities of enabling, facilitating, and participating in the Alexander brothers’ sex trafficking ring. It alleges that Douglas Elliman executives, including former CEO Howard Lorber, knew or should have known about the abuse and yet continued to support the brothers.
Jordan Merson: Fighting for Survivors of Sexual Abuse
Jordan Merson, the founding attorney of Merson Law, has built a formidable reputation representing survivors of sexual assault and abuse. With a history of successfully litigating cases against powerful individuals and institutions—including Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, the Catholic Church, and the Boy Scouts of America—Merson is a relentless advocate for victims seeking justice.
In this case, Merson Law aims to hold every complicit party accountable. “As alleged in today’s lawsuit, these defendants were complicit or enabled the Alexander Brothers’ sexual abuse of these women, which is actionable under New York law,” Merson stated.
The Shocking Allegations Against the Alexander Brothers
The plaintiffs in this case describe harrowing experiences of sexual abuse and trafficking dating back as far as 2009. Among the claims:
- One woman, Samantha Nicholson, stated she was raped in a hot tub by all three Alexander brothers in the Hamptons in 2009 and later locked in a New York apartment where she was assaulted again.
- Another victim, identified as “Jane Doe 1,” alleged she was “savagely drugged and raped” by Tal Alexander in 2011 and has photographic evidence from that night.
- Milena Koste, another plaintiff, reported being raped by twins Oren and Alon Alexander in a New York house party bathroom in 2012.
- Thaty Bruczynski claimed she was trafficked and repeatedly assaulted by Alon Alexander in 2013.
- “Jane Doe 2” stated that in 2017, she was drugged and sexually assaulted in Miami, possibly videotaped, and abused by multiple men.
These disturbing allegations paint a picture of systematic abuse orchestrated by the Alexander brothers, who are currently being held without bond in a Brooklyn federal detention center.
A Pattern of Institutional Cover-Ups
The lawsuit further alleges that companies like Douglas Elliman and Kent Security Services played a role in covering up these crimes. Kent Security, founded by Shlomo and Orly Alexander, allegedly provided financial support to the brothers, while Douglas Elliman executives failed to intervene despite knowing about the misconduct.
One particular allegation states that a woman was found “covered in vomit” in the streets after being assaulted by all three brothers in 2010. Another claim asserts that Howard Lorber was directly informed of the brothers’ predatory behavior in 2012 but chose to look the other way.
