With the passage of the Adult Survivors Act, victims of sexual assault have a one-year opportunity to sue their assailant, regardless of the statute of limitations for sexual assault.

Merson Law is representing five women who were allegedly abused by Bill Cosby.

The five women – Lili Bernard, Eden Tirl, Jewel Gittens, Jennifer Thompson and Cindra Ladd – are able to seek justice because of the Adult Survivors Act.
