Colleen Carlo

Colleen happily joined the firm in January 2016 and she has now been in the legal profession for twenty years. She has worked her way up from being a clerk to a paralegal and now she has been the Office Manager since 2016. Colleen oversees all aspects of the firm and her role includes assisting all of her colleagues daily with all tasks of the legal field.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Melanie Hernandez

Melanie joined Merson Law in 2016 and has worked as a litigation paralegal focusing primarily on sexual assault and medical malpractice cases. As a paralegal who has quickly built a successful career path, she became the intake manager and intern co-coordinator for the firm. While overseeing all client-firm communication, her main goal is to ensure that all clients expectations are met. She also manages case status, making sure all attorneys are prepared for trials, hearings and closings. Melanie is also a Co-Chair of the Merson Law Internship / Externship Program.
Melanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Mercy College and minored in Psychology. She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and chihuahua.

Kamelle Delfin

Kamelle joined Merson Law in November of 2016 and has handled some of the largest cases in the firm. She has been working as a paralegal since then focusing primarily on Sexual Assault and Medical Malpractice litigation matters.
She graduated from University of the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media studies.
Outside the office, Kamelle loves to travel, read books, and always love to learn something new.

Kelly Yanes Joined the firm in October of 2018 and has worked as a medical malpractice paralegal since 2017. She works as a paralegal handling mainly medical malpractice and personal injury matters. She primarily focuses on ensuring that the attorneys have what they need to move these cases towards a resolution as quickly possible. Including dealing with Medicare, Medicaid lien recovery department, military insurance and various other subrogation departments.
Outside of work Kelly is currently working on getting her bachelors degree in secondary education. Aside from work and school, Kelly enjoys, reading, traveling, cooking and spending time with her friends and family.
Nicole Lefkowitz

Nicole Lefkowitz joined the firm in December of 2018. She works as a Social Media and Press Coordinator, in addition to her work as a Paralegal. Nicole graduated from The University of Delaware in May 2018 with a B.A. in Economics.
Nicole hopes to one day become a lawyer, but for now, she enjoys aiding the attorneys with whatever the case, project, or task may be, as well as informing the community as to what is currently going on at the firm via social media. Presently, Nicole primarily assists the attorneys with matters relating to the Child Victims Act.
Outside of work Nicole is beginning to study for the LSAT exam. She enjoys drawing and spending time with her friends and family, especially the four legged members.

Dana Crispi

Dana Crispi is the newest member of our team. She joined the firm in October of 2019 as a paralegal while wrapping up her undergraduate career as Hunter College, where she is pursuing a B.A. in English Literature and as well as a B.A. in Political Science. Dana also aspires to one day become a Lawyer, just like her parents.
Recently, Dana has been actively working on the cases against Jeffrey Epstein’s Estate, Harvey Weinstein and other high profile matters.
Outside of work, Dana is an avid reader and writer. On the weekends, you’ll likely find Dana writing, scouring thrift stores, and second-hand book shops.
