Merson Law Managing Partner: Jordan Rutsky
Mr. Rutsky joined Merson Law as a partner in 2020 and was elevated to Managing Partner of the Firm in December, 2023. Prior to joining Merson Law, Mr. Rutsky worked at midtown Manhattan firm Trief & Olk for fifteen years, where he rose from associate to partner. There, Mr. Rutsky handled day-to-day management of the majority of the firm’s complex personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, product liability, labor law, workplace accidents, and catastrophic auto collision cases. He also represented litigants involved in commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, police misconduct cases, and real estate litigation.
Above all, Mr. Rutsky’s career has been focused on treating clients with the respect and dignity that they deserve.
Mr. Rutsky is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is certified to practice in several federal courts, including the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Jordan Rutsky is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the New York City Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Products Liability Committee. Mr. Rutsky was named a SuperLawyer Rising Star from 2016 through 2019.
